Keeping a slice for garnish, cut banana in 4 pieces, add all ingredients to a blender with ice. Blend on low speed for a minute then turn to high speed until smooth. Decorate glass with flowers, sliced banana, grated nutmeg and imagination.
Half fill a chilled or frozen hiball glass with ice. Pour on the rum and the cola. Firmly rim the glass with the skin of the lime. Squeeze the lime into the drink and serve. The frozen utensile and rum deter the ice from melting and greatly improve the flavour of this classic drink. Try it. Worth the effort. Like it? Try it in a smaller frozen glass without the ice. Muddle 6 mint leaves with sugar and splash club soda, quarter the lime and squeeze all the juice into the glass. Add rum, stir well, top up with club soda. Garnish with flowers, leaves and lime.
Add all ingredients to a tall glass with ice. Garnish with fruit and flowers.
Keep one piece water melon for garnish. Muddle the rest of the watermelon, mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker until almost liquified. Pour into a tall glass with ice. Add the rum, grape and lime juices. Garnish with lime, mint, flowers, watermelon chunk.
Like an Irish Coffee. Preheat PC coffee glass, add 6oz hot coffee, stir in 2 teasp brown sugar, SM Republic Rum, Top with thick cream or whipped cream. Decorate with grated cinnamon & chocolate.
This one is a delight when made correctly with chilled ingredients. Squeeze the lime and put everything in a cocktail shaker. Stir well. Pour into hiball glass. Garnish with fresh vegetables, asparagus, celery, carrot sticks, lime and basil leaves.
