Mango Cocktail Recipes

Mangoes reached the Caribbean in the mid 17th century, brought by the Dutch from New Holland (1630-54) which soon became a part of Northern Brasil.

Mango Colada

Drink Ingredients:

  • 2oz Mango Liqueur
  • 1oz Coconut Cream
  • 3oz Pineapple Juice or Pieces
  • Ice

How to mix the drink:

Put ice in blender, add Mango Liqueur, Cream of Coconut, pineapple pieces or juice. Blend well. Garnish with pineapple, toasted coconut & fresh nutmeg.

Mango Tango

Drink Ingredients:

  • 2oz Mango Rum Liqueur
  • 1 Large rime mango
  • Juice of ½ fresh West Indian Lime
  • 1 tablespoon flower honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch grated fresh or powdered ginger

How to mix the drink:

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces. Add all ingredients in a blender with a little ice. Blend till smooth. Pour into large chilled cocktail glass. Garnish lime peel & fresh flowers.

Mango Margarita

Drink Ingredients:

  • 1oz Mango Liqueur
  • 1oz Tequila
  • 1oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Ripe mango
  • Ice

How to mix the drink:

Muddle the flesh of 1/4 of a ripe mango & ice. Add Tequila, Mango Rum Liqueur, 1/2oz Lemon/Lime, shake well. Use salt rimmed glass. This drink can also be made in the blender. Decorate with lime.

Mango Kir

Drink Ingredients:

  • 1oz Mango Liqueur
  • 5oz Champagne

How to mix the drink:

Pour pre-chilled SM Mango Liqueur into a frozen champagne glass. Top with chilled champagne. Dress with a small curl of orange skin.

Mango Daiquiri

Drink Ingredients:

  • 2oz SM Mango Liqueur
  • 2oz Lime Juice
  • 1 teasp soft brown or white sugar

How to mix the drink:

Old favourite may be blended till frothy or shaken with ice. Use SM Mango Liqueur, lime juice, 1 tea spoon sugar. Garnish with slice lime and maraschino cherry.

Mango Banada

Drink Ingredients:

  • 2oz Mango Rum Liqueur
  • 1oz Coconut Cream
  • 3oz Pineapple Juice or Pieces
  • ½ Chopped banana
  • Ice

How to mix the drink:

Put ice in blender, add Sint Maarten Mango Liqueur, Cream of Coconut, ½ chopped banana, pineapple pieces or juice. Blend well. Garnish with pineapple, toasted coconut & fresh nutmeg.
